YG-1 Expands “YG HF4 Mill ENMX Indexable Inserts with New 09 Size”Higher Productivity and Metal Removal Rate with Larger Diameter YG-1 has strengthened the YG HF4 Mill ENMX portfolio with the addition of the new 09 size which is optimized for larger diameter cutters and larger depth of cuts. YG-1’s high feed milling series has been developed to meet the versatility and the most stringent demands of productivity and process stability required in today’s applications. The new larger sized ENMX 09 provides higher productivity and metal removal rate compared to ENMX 06 series, but has the same features as the ENMX 06 series. Provides Various Technical Data Along with the Product Features YG-1 has released a new brochure for the high feed milling insert "YG HF4 Mill ENMX". This Milling insert is optimized for high feed milling for narrow and long reach applications. It is designed 20-25% thicker than conventional products on the market, which achieves more stable clamping, secure machining and longer tool life, even when machining the difficult-to-cut materials. Additionally, ENMX milling insert offers economical advantage since all 4 edges can be fully used. It is expected that both metric and inch version would be launched in June.
