YG-1 America's Webinar on Solid Milling and High-Performance Threading Solutions

On April 12th, 2024, YG-1 America Inc. hosted an informative webinar titled ‘Product review: X1-EH & other solid milling solutions for dies & molds - Prime Tap and other high performance tapping solutions.’

Mr. Yair Bruhis, the global industry project manager for aerospace, power generation, and medical sectors, and Mr. James Bliss, the milling product manager in North America, provided a detailed introduction to the X1-EH, fine-finishing solid carbide end mills for high-hardened steel. They highlighted its significance as the next generation of die & mold machining. They also gave overviews of other YG-1’s solid end mill lineup including X5070 Nano Solid Carbide End Mill, 4G Mill Solid Carbide End Mill, X-Speed Rougher Solid Carbide End Mill, i-Smart Modular Type End Mill, i-Xmill Carbide Insert End Mill, X-Power Pro Solid Carbide End Mill, and CBN End Mill.

Mr. Mark Ford, the global product manager of threading tools, delved into high-performance threading solutions, including HSS-PM Prime Tap and HSS-PM Synchro Tap, and introduced a troubleshooting guide to assist users.

Participants better understood YG-1 products and how they can adapt YG-1 tools to their specific application needs in their fields.
