‘Open House’, a Special Day with Family Members from YG-1 HQ (Korea)

‘Open House’, YG-1’s event to invite family members of employees was held on September 29th at the YG-1 headquarters in Songdo. About 200 family members of employees at the headquarters took part in the event designed to increase employees’ sense of belonging and pride and strengthen a bond between family members.

The family members participated in programs such as the trip to the headquarters, four-cuts of lifetime, a perfume making class, the beauty test zone and photo zone with a professional photographer to make happy memories. An air bounce for children to play and experiential programs for families including caricatures, eco-bags and tarot card reading at the roof top on the fifth floor, and the welcome message by Chairman Hokeun Song, a magic performance, games, and prizes through a drawing at the vision hall on the third floor provided great pleasure to all participants.

A person in charge said, “YG-1 could grow thanks to the support of its employees and their family members. YG-1 is going to provide various programs for all employees to increase their self-esteem.”

YG-1 plans to make constant efforts to expand such events to invite families to create a family-friendly company culture for work-life balance.
