Samjin is a company which manufactures female nuts which join with bolts with the focus on the production of automotive cold nuts. Since we provide massive amounts of products of 5,000 varieties, from commonly used hex nuts and conical nuts that prevent base materials from deformation and scratches to wheel nuts for car wheels, we undergo a thorough verification process to select tapping machines and processing and assembly facilities. Since we produce tens of thousands to even hundreds of thousands of nuts a day, the uniform quality of taps is a critical issue. The stability and tool life of products are the priority when we choose cutting tools and we think that YG-1 Taps for nut production that we currently use are equipped with excellent competitiveness in all aspects such as technology and service.

Thanks to the taps’ long tool life and quick delivery, both field workers and purchasing people are highly satisfied with them. When an issue arises during a development process or processing, rapid delivery response is urgent. YG-1’s response to such emergencies is much quicker than its competitors.
