YG-1 Publishes New ‘EV MILLS’ Solid Carbide End Mill Catalog for the Japanese Market

YG-1 has released its new catalog featuring ‘EV MILLS’ solid carbide end mill for the Japanese market. The catalog introduces a comprehensive range of 2-flute and 4-flute end mills, including ball nose, square, and corner radius types, covering diameters from Ø0.2mm to Ø25.0mm.

The EV MILLS is designed to deliver exceptional cutting precision, smooth chip evacuation, and long tool life, meeting the diverse requirements of advanced machining applications. Its geometry features an unequal index to reduce vibration and improve surface finish, a multiple helix for optimal chip formation and evacuation, and enforced cutting edge for enhanced stability at the corners, and ultra fine grain carbide substrate for outstanding wear resistance.

The products will be available in the Japanese market by the end of this year or early next year. The official launch will be announced later.
